Limitation of liability for external links
Our website contains links to the websites of third parties (“external links”). As the content of these websites is not under our control, we cannot assume any liability for such external content. In all cases, the provider of information of the linked websites is liable for the content and accuracy of the information provided. At the point in time when the links were placed, no infringements of the law were recognisable to us. As soon as an infringement of the law becomes known to us, we will immediately remove the link in question.
The content and works published on this website are governed by the copyright laws of Switzerland. Any duplication, processing, distribution or any form of utilisation beyond the scope of copyright law shall require the prior written consent of the author or authors in question.
A visit to our website can result in the storage on our server of information about the access (date, time, page accessed). This does not represent any analysis of personal data (e.g., name, address or e-mail address). If personal data are collected, this only occurs – to the extent possible – with the prior consent of the user of the website. Any forwarding of the data to third parties without the express consent of the user shall not take place.
We would like to expressly point out that the transmission of data via the Internet (e.g., by e-mail) can offer security vulnerabilities. It is therefore impossible to safeguard the data completely against access by third parties. We cannot assume any liability for damages arising as a result of such security vulnerabilities.
The use by third parties of all published contact details for the purpose of advertising is expressly excluded. We reserve the right to take legal steps in the case of the unsolicited sending of advertising information; e.g., by means of spam mail.
The general contact forms integrated on our website generate an e-mail to the responsible recipient from the data provided by you, who uses the information to process your request. Your data will be treated confidentially and will only be passed on to third parties if this is necessary to deal with your request.
You can subscribe to our newsletter by entering your e-mail address. This information is used exclusively for the purpose of sending the requested information. You can cancel the subscription at any time and the corresponding entry will be deleted.
Our newsletter is sent via the MailChimp platform. The e-mail addresses are therefore stored on the servers of MailChimp in the USA and are used not only for sending but also for evaluation purposes. MailChimp will neither write to the addresses itself nor pass them on to third parties. To evaluate the use of the newsletters, the mails contain a pixel-sized file (“web beacon”), which is loaded from the MailChimp servers when the mail is opened and transmits the same data as if you had clicked on a link. Also the use of the links contained in the newsletter is stored by MailChimp to be able to statistically record the reading behavior, which helps us to improve our offer.
Google Fonts and Font Awesome
This website uses fonts from Google and Fonticons for a uniform and appealing presentation. In order for these to be displayed, your browser retrieves them from the corresponding external servers and transmits the same usage data as if you had clicked on a link. Google itself assures that this information will be used for technical purposes only and will not be linked to your Google Account information (https://developers.google.com/fonts/faq). Fonticons also pays great attention to data protection and has set up a special contact address for the EU and Switzerland (https://fontawesome.com/privacy).
Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin etc.
Although our website contains links to so-called “social media”, no data is transmitted to these services, as we do not use external plug-ins from social media providers. Only by clicking on such a link do you contact the service in question by calling up the page. From then on the regulations of the respective provider apply.
For any questions or concerns regarding data protection, please contact us at email@example.com.
